Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

Product is unused, uncut, and in original condition

Product is returned within 48 hours of delivery

Original invoice is provided

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:

Cut LED strips

Custom-length or made-to-order products

Installed products

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Exchange Conditions
Exchanges may be allowed for:

Wrong item supplied by LumiEdge Decor Ltd

Manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection

Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via:

Credit note

Bank transfer (at company discretion)

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Installation Costs
Installation and labor costs are non-refundable.
