Warranty Policy – LumiEdge Decor Ltd

LumiEdge Decor Ltd provides warranty on selected products sold through our website, showroom, and authorized sales channels, subject to the terms below.

Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation.

Typical warranty coverage:

LED strips, drivers, controllers: 6 to 12 months (as specified per product)

Magnetic track lights and luminaires: up to 2 year

Aluminium profiles, skirting profiles, and accessories: no electrical warranty (structural/manufacturing defects only)

Warranty duration is stated on the invoice or product page where applicable.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects

Electrical failure not caused by misuse

Defects present at the time of delivery

What Is NOT Covered

Incorrect installation or wiring

Overloading of power supplies

Use of incompatible drivers/controllers

Physical damage, water damage (unless product is IP-rated and correctly installed)

Normal wear and tear

Color temperature variation between batches

Products cut, modified, or installed improperly

Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

Original invoice

Clear photos/videos showing the defect

Product returned for inspection (if requested)

If approved, LumiEdge Decor Ltd will repair, replace, or credit the product at its discretion.

Installation Disclaimer
Warranty may be void if products are installed by unqualified personnel or not installed according to recommended specifications.
